We offer one basic package with the option to customize and upgrade your package with a variety of add ons. Basic package includes:

  • Exclusive use of venue from Friday at 12 PM to Sunday at 12 PM
  • Round tables, head table, white linens, and white garden chairs
  • Serving tables
  • Gift and guest book tables
  • Cocktail Hour Courtyard with bistro tables and two outdoor bar areas
  • Two reception bar areas and use of ice chest freezer
  • Cater Kitchen
  • Choice of three available ceremony sites
  • Bridal Suite & Grooms Room
  • State of the art built in sound system with wireless microphones
  • Elegant, floor to ceiling decorative white draping in reception area
  • Adjustable accent uplighting in reception area
  • Ability to supply your own alcohol (must be served by TABC licensed bartender)
  • No exclusive vendor list or upcharge for outside vendors
  • On-site Manager for the duration of the event
  • Access to property for portraits with canyon backdrop

Basic package includes up to 175 guests. venue accommodates up to 350 indoor guests. Additional guests over 175, $5 per guest for additional seating, linens, and tables.
